Very Good

I like the kind and approachable staffs. They are always polite and ready to assist. I also like the location because its near a laundry shop, food establishments and supermarket. The hotel have resto bar and swimming pool which are relaxing. Overall, we are really satisfied with our stay in the Urban Travellers Hotel.

Despite the little problem with the blocked sink in the bathroom all in all the stay was very good if not exceptional.

„Urbanes Hotel in urbaner Lage.

Das Hotel liegt nicht weit weg vom Flughafen. Das Zimmer sehr schön mit Empore. Pool auf dem Dach. Trotz zentraler Lage ruhig zum Schlafen.

Das Restaurant war leider geschlossen, daher war das Frühstück zum Vergessen. Die Restobar am Pool hat erst 16.00 Uhr aufgemacht. Eingeschränkte Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung des Hotels.

Good experience but can still be improved.

Food was fantastic. However, presentation was poor- not plated but in a paper container and delivered like relief goods. No food allowed in the pool. Unable to order at the bar because it opens at 2PM. AIRCON was terrific and cold. Very cozy. Small shopping mall beside the location was very accessible. Parking guards were terrific and helpful. Front staff were lovely and accommodating. Planes nearby land and take off every 5 minutes. Great sight for kids.

Pool opens quite late 9AM. Too hot and sunny to swim. Limited bar services-- opens late at 2PM.

Still the best place where to stay

10 years we choose this hotel between the international and domestic flight or for documents need to do in the capital. There is a small mall near and a lot of taxi bus and jeepney so you can go where you want. Even the road have high traffic the room is silent. The room service is cheap and if you are tired for the flight is a good choise

Sometimes i found room not clean (20% of the time) i found the swimming pool not clean or not available (20% of the time) the van was included between airport and hotel when the name was Shogun suite hotel, after the rate become little higher, the van need to pay and the breakfast was less things, but the years pass so it's quite normal
